This form must be completed for each age division hosted. The form will be submitted to the appropriate Area USA Softball UIC for review along with the Area Commissioner. Tournament directors MUST attend a training session to be held by USA Softball MA. each season to review policies and regulations of running a local tournament in Massachusetts. Details will be posted on this website.
