You will be required to attend a state-wide USA Softball Tournament Directors Meeting to be held in early 2019. We will be reviewing the policies and regulations that will be in effect at all local USA Softball of MA Tournaments. Attendance by all tournament directors will be mandatory. More details will be made available on this website.
USA SOFTBALL MA. sanctioned events MUST have a minimum time limit of 1 hour 30 minutes.

In order to play in any of these USA SOFTBALL MA sanctioned JO Invitational or State Championship events listed, your team must be registered as a USA Softball Travel Team. Massachusetts teams can download a travel team registration form by clicking on the forms link above. Recreational League teams MUST register as an USA Softball Travel Team in order to play in USA SOFTBALL MA. Sanctioned Tournaments. This is to insure the USA SOFTBALL umpires for the tournament. Tournament directors may click on the registrations link above to see a current list of registered teams. All teams are required to submit to the tournament director a current certificate of insurance, an USA SOFTBALL Championship Roster SIGNED by an USA SOFTBALL official and copies of each coach's background check approval prior to their first game of the tournament. teams can click here to see if USA Softball MA. has copies of these documents.
Teams registered to play in USA SOFTBALL Tournaments in Massachusetts that are not listed on the MAJOASA website are advised that these are not sanctioned by the USA SOFTBALL MA.. Your team insurance may not cover you for participating in an unsanctioned USA SOFTBALL event nor are the umpires covered for working the tournament. Only sanctioned tournaments are listed on the USASoftballNE.com website.
